Hi! I’m Kristin,  a classically trained musician and former music educator, turned licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas.

I help musicians, dancers, actors, and other professionals (in and out of the arts) navigate mental health concerns, explore identity, and work through performance concerns. My specialties include managing Anxiety and Stress, Life and Career Transitions, and Performance Anxiety.

I believe that therapy should be uniquely tailored for each person’s needs that honors the individuality of every client.
