I’m Kristin, a classically trained musician, former music educator, and now a licensed counselor in Texas and performance coach across the United States.

If you have ever felt your hands shake before you play, your heart race before a parent call, or your focus fade in the middle of a rehearsal,
you are not alone.

I support musicians and educators with the mental and emotional side of performing and teaching, including performance pressure, stress, and the patterns that can get in the way of feeling confident and consistent.

How I can support you

When pressure shows up, it usually shows up in your body first. In our work together, we will build practical skills you can use in real moments, before a performance, during rehearsal, after a hard parent call, or at the end of a long teaching day.

We will focus on tools for nervous system regulation, attention and focus, and routines that support consistency over time. You will leave with strategies you can practice between sessions and bring into your daily life.
